Living Maya — the sacred count of days

The sacred count of days. Twenty signs, thirteen tones — 260 living days turning like two gears in the dark. Find the kin you were born under, meet the five faces of your destiny oracle, and walk the wavespell you arrived inside.

The count, living
  • The day’s kin
Every day a new kin rises — a sign crossed with a tone, drawn as a glowing jade tile with the tone rendered in authentic Maya numerals: bars for five, dots for one. The day’s oracle cross orbits it.
  • The destiny cross
Enter your birth day and meet the five faces of your signature — the guide above, the partner at your left, the challenge at your right, the hidden gift underneath. Every arm of the cross is a kin you can open.
  • The 260-kin wheel
The whole Tzolk’in as one ring — twenty sign spokes crossed by thirteen tone rings, every one of the 260 days a tappable cell. Your kin burns gold; today’s runs green.
  • Wavespells and counts
Thirteen days, thirteen questions — the wavespell arc shows where you stand inside the cycle and what this tone asks of you. Haab’, Long Count and the 13-moon calendar all turn in the counts view.

The web app works on every device — open it and choose “Add to Home Screen”. Your birth day and journal never leave the device.
Settings renders your signature — destiny cross or the full sign wheel — as a desktop or phone wallpaper. Sound includes cenote drip, jungle breath and temple drone presets, with a bell when a new kin rises.

Living Maya follows the Dreamspell day-count (July 26, 2013 = Kin 164) with GMT haab’ and Long Count — a contemplative calendar tradition offered as a mirror for reflection, not a scientific or diagnostic instrument. An independent product of GodOfAstro.
